        2020 WL 2991515 (S.D. Cal. 2020)

          Summary:
The Court ordered the Plaintiffs to produce mental or emotional health treatment records for in camera review. The Court found the pre-incident and post-incident records for Williams to be proportional and relevant to resolving the issue of causation, and ordered Williams to produce these documents with the option to redact confidential information. The Court found the mental and/or emotional health treatment records for the minor plaintiffs to be not proportional and therefore need not be produced. The Court entered a Protective Order to protect the confidential mental or emotional health information.
