Discovery Dispute and Scheduling Order

The Court having conducted a discovery dispute hearing and telephone status conference on August 22, 2022; and the Court noting the following appearances: Joseph J. Urban, Esquire and Nathan Koneru, Esquire, appearing on behalf of Plaintiffs; and Charles W. Mondora, Esquire and Alexander Marcus, Esquire, appearing on behalf of Defendant First Student, Inc.; and the Court having held oral argument; and this Order intending to confirm the Court's rulings; and for all the reasons stated by the Court on the record,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED this 22nd day of August, 2022, as follows:

1. Plaintiffs shall reproduce to Defendant their March 21, 2022 production of Plaintiff L.H.'s (a minor daughter) social media account information in a native file format, consistent with paragraph 9 of the parties' Consent Order [ECF No. 129].

2. The parties are directed to file their August 15, 2022 discovery dispute letter on the docket in a redacted format to remove any reference to minor plaintiffs' names.

3. The Court will conduct a telephone status conference on September 29, 2022 at 11:30 a.m. Counsel shall dial 1-888-278-0296, Access Code 2961061# to connect to the call. Any discovery dispute shall be brought to the Court's attention at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the scheduled conference and in accordance with the Court's discovery application procedures.  All outstanding discovery issues not raised shall be deemed waived.
