Summary
The Court granted the Motion to Compel Better Responses for Discovery, granting Defendants Julia Flores and Rene Perez until the close of business on February 8, 2022 to respond to the Interrogatories. The Court also granted the Motion to Compel Defendants Raphael Towing and Raphael Automotive to Serve Better Responses to Plaintiff's First Request to Produce, granting Defendants until January 27, 2022 to execute and produce the authorization forms and respond to the Second Set of Interrogatories. The Court also deemed any discovery obtained as a result of the authorization forms to be timely, even if obtained after the current discovery deadline.

ORDER
*1 This cause came before the Court for a hearing on Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Better Responses for Discovery (Doc. 39); Plaintiff's Motion for Protective Order Regarding Defendant's Notice of Taking Deposition of Corporate Representatives (Doc. 40); Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Defendants Raphael Towing and Raphael Automotive to Serve Better Responses to Plaintiff's First Request to Produce, Motion for Leave of Court to Propound Plaintiff's Second Set of Interrogatories Exceeding 25, and Request to Set the Motion for Hearing on its January 24, 2022 Hearing Calendar (Doc. 42);[1] and the respective responses thereto (Doc. 43, 46, 47, 48). For the reasons stated at the hearing, it is hereby
ORDERED:
1. Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Better Responses for Discovery (Doc. 39) is GRANTED to the extent that Defendants Julia Flores, as personal representative of The Estate of Joseph Garcia, and Rene Perez, as parent and legal guardian of R.Z.P., a minor, respond to the Interrogatories no later than the close of business on February 8, 2022.
2. Plaintiff's Motion for Protective Order Regarding Defendant's Notice of Taking Deposition of Corporate Representatives (Doc. 40) is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART as follows:
a. Granted as to Nos. 1, 2, 5, and 8 on Schedule A attached to the Notice of Taking Deposition Duces Tecum of Universal Property & Casualty Insurance Company's Corporate Representative(s) Pursuant to Rule 30(b)(6);
b. Denied as to Nos. 3, 6, 7, and 9 on Schedule A attached to the Notice of Taking Deposition Duces Tecum of Universal Property & Casualty Insurance Company's Corporate Representative(s) Pursuant to Rule 30(b)(6);
c. Granted as to Nos. 1, 2, 6, and 8 on Schedule C attached to the Notice of Taking Deposition Duces Tecum of Universal Property & Casualty Insurance Company's Corporate Representative(s) Pursuant to Rule 30(b)(6); and
d. Denied as to Nos. 3, 5, and 7 on Schedule C attached to the Notice of Taking Deposition Duces Tecum of Universal Property & Casualty Insurance Company's Corporate Representative(s) Pursuant to Rule 30(b)(6).
3. Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Defendants Raphael Towing and Raphael Automotive to Serve Better Responses to Plaintiff's First Request to Produce, Motion for Leave of Court to Propound Plaintiff's Second Set of Interrogatories Exceeding 25, and Request to Set the Motion for Hearing on its January 24, 2022 Hearing Calendar (Doc. 42) is GRANTED to the extent that, on or before January 27, 2022, Defendants Raphael AAA Towing, Inc. and Raphael AAA Automotive, Inc. shall execute and produce the authorization forms (Doc. 42, Ex. F & H) to Plaintiff. Any discovery obtained as a result shall be deemed timely, even if obtained after the current discovery deadline. Within five days of the date of this Order, Defendants Raphael AAA Towing, Inc. and Raphael AAA Automotive, Inc. shall respond to the Second Set of Interrogatories regarding identifying information for Julian Torres.
