Summary
The court approved and adopted two reports and recommendations from the Special Discovery Master regarding the discovery of employment, substance abuse, and medical records, as well as the detachment of documents from otherwise discoverable materials on grounds of irrelevance or non-responsiveness. This order sets the precedent for how ESI is to be handled, allowing for the discovery of relevant information while protecting the privacy of irrelevant or non-responsive documents.
